What is Hyperia City?
Hyperia City gives Disney characters a place to cross paths as glimmers, the magical versions of familiar faces that inhabit Lorcana. In the official city story, a walk past shops and street performers can lead to stadium headliners Powerline, Gazelle and 4*Town, which sounds like a promising night out for anyone whose playlists already mix Disney decades.
The set announcement brings Coco into the game, with the Marigold District giving its family and music a home. Elsewhere, Big Hero 6 glimmers investigate a new power source at M.A.G.I.C., while the ink drops appearing around the city give Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde a mystery to pursue.
The princess cards turn familiar interests into city lives.
The October 1 art interview describes how three princesses bring their interests into city life: Ariel shares her collection in a museum, Cinderella makes gowns for city events and Rapunzel creates art around town. The objects and costumes in their cards connect those new roles to the characters you already know, giving you familiar details to notice as you explore each scene.
Ariel — Collector of Oddities
In Hyperia City, Ariel shares her collection of human treasures in a museum, and the fork in her hand gives Little Mermaid fans a familiar detail to spot.
Cinderella — Unintentional Icon
In Cinderella, her animal friends and Fairy Godmother help her reach the ball; Hyperia’s gown-making role gives her a different place in the preparations. Comparing this regular card with the Iconic below lets you enjoy two views of the same character.
Rapunzel — Outgoing Artist
The painting that helps fill Rapunzel’s tower finds a new setting in the city, where her paint-splashed apron, palette and portrait work make this card a cheerful center for an artists-and-makers page.
Two neighbors turn a shop window into a story.
The wizard's duel in The Sword in the Stone gives Merlin and Madam Mim a rivalry that Hyperia can carry into everyday city life. The October 1 art interview places Merlin's workshop in medieval-feeling Olde Towne Hyperia, where Mim peers through the window to discover what he is doing with ink drops. Placing the shop beside its unwanted visitor turns two cards into a little neighborhood story.
The shop's hovering objects give you plenty to explore from inside, while Mim's card lets you see the scene from the other side of the window. Open Merlin's complete landscape card to study its details.

Cruella has found a new way to ruin a pleasant walk.
We see an echo of Cruella’s memorable car chase in One Hundred and One Dalmatians when she tears through this canal scene, with everyone in her way still needing to move. The publisher confirms that she is splashing passersby in the Wandering Straits, giving the city a traffic problem that feels very much her own.
Who is in the confirmed Hyperia City cast?
The official English gallery, checked October 5, contains every card numbered 1–204 in the main set. Across its 152 character cards, the 109 distinct name entries below include each character once even when several versions exist, with paired names counted as one entry and songs, items and locations left outside the character list.
Alongside those main-set cards, the gallery lists 18 Epic, 18 Enchanted and two Iconic alternate-art cards, plus 15 records classified as Special. The Special entries are counted separately from the main set and alternate-art cards, bringing the gallery total to 257 records. These versions introduce no new names to the character list.
Thomas O'Malley — Savvy Vagabond appears in the gallery as Enchanted #235/204 EN 14, alongside his regular Super Rare #152/204 EN 14.
Start with Coco and the music-loving neighbors.
Miguel and Max offer different routes to a music page, with A Goofy Movie’s Powerline connecting Max’s world to Hyperia’s stadium scene. Turning Red’s 4*Town brings another familiar concert obsession to the city story, although that story appearance is separate from the named character cards listed below.

Miguel Rivera — Street Musician
Miguel’s street performance connects naturally with Héctor and the Remember Me song card, making the three a way to bring Coco’s music and family story together on a binder page.
Max Goof — Karaoke Star
Max reaches toward the crowd beneath pink and green lights, making his karaoke scene a fitting gift for the friend who never seems quite ready to hand back the microphone.
The city also welcomes inventors, adventurers and television favorites.
The television series TaleSpin and Gargoyles bring their casts into the city alongside the movie characters, and the gallery places Baloo, Shere Khan and King Louie with TaleSpin for this set. If you would rather build a page around an atmosphere than a franchise, Raya’s luminous purple-and-blue setting offers a starting point for following an adventurous mood across different stories.

Find the fairy-tale cast and classic Disney neighbors.
Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy and Clarabelle appear together here as classic Disney characters because the gallery gives their entries no individual film label. To keep your own project smaller, you could choose one movie’s row or pair its familiar faces with the new city roles pictured above.

Where should a Coco collection start?
Coco follows Miguel’s love of music into a story about family and remembrance, a connection that carries into the set’s character and song cards. Remember Me brings the focus back to Héctor and young Coco, giving a family page a quiet emotional center as you choose which versions of the nine named Coco characters to collect.
Miguel Rivera — Street Musician
Miguel’s street performance connects naturally with Héctor and the Remember Me song card, making the three a way to bring Coco’s music and family story together on a binder page.
Remember Me
As Héctor sings to little Coco, the scene gives a family page a tender moment to return to alongside the character cards you choose.
Three binder pages you can plan before opening a pack.
Adapt these page ideas to the cards you enjoy and the pockets you have, leaving rare versions as optional upgrades that you can add later. A binder can have a very good evening without a VIP wristband, especially when the scenes already tell a story together.
| Theme | Start with | Why these belong together |
|---|---|---|
The makers’ block | Ariel #156, Cinderella #157, Rapunzel #55 | Collecting, clothing and painting connect three princesses through what they create or care for |
Trouble on the block | Madam Mim #146, Merlin’s Shop #68, Cruella #113 | A shop-window story and a canal interruption make a little city comedy |
A night of music | Miguel #21, Remember Me #29, Max Goof #229 | A street performance, a family song and karaoke connect three different moods |
Bring Duchess and the kittens onto the same binder page.
Duchess's three kittens are Toulouse, Berlioz and Marie, and Hyperia City gives each of them a card to place beside their mother and Thomas. Choosing those five familiar faces makes a small Aristocats collection with a connection you can recognize before reading a game ability.
Start with the regular Thomas and the four cards below, then choose which city scenes you most enjoy. That gives the family page a finish line you can reach without making an Enchanted version a requirement.
| Selected Aristocats card | Collector number | Rarity |
|---|---|---|
Duchess — Cosmopolitan Cat | 153/204 | Rare |
Toulouse — Rough and Tumble | 182/204 | Uncommon |
Berlioz — Tiny Rascal | 186/204 | Rare |
Marie — Caught in the Act | 187/204 | Rare |
When can you buy Hyperia City?
A prerelease lets you try a set early at a participating shop, where the event can also be a chance to meet other local players. Before heading over, use the Ravensburger event finder to find an event nearby and ask the shop about its price, booking and format.
| Release | Date in 2026 | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
Prerelease | October 16 | Participating game stores and select Disney Parks and stores |
General release | October 23 | Wider retail release |
Which revealed chase cards should go on your list?
Our picks from the official gallery, checked October 5, focus on artwork you might enjoy keeping rather than a price ranking for a set that has yet to release. You can tap each card to study the full image and decide which scene belongs on your own list.
How do you tell the rarities apart?
Epic and Iconic joined Lorcana in Fabled, adding two more kinds of special-art cards to collect. Epic sits between Legendary and Enchanted in rarity and uses frameless art with rainbow foil, while Enchanted offers alternate artwork that takes Hyperia City into the night. Above Enchanted, Iconic combines full-card art with a lore-star foil pattern and 3D hot stamping.
These images help you compare the artwork and printed identifiers, but judging foil and raised details calls for a look at the physical card. When buying a copy, ask for photos or a short video under moving light so you can see its finish and surface condition.
Cinderella — Unintentional Icon
The regular card keeps a framed text box, giving you a useful visual distinction when a listing uses only the shared name Cinderella — Unintentional Icon. Ask for the card number and a photo so you can identify the version.
Cinderella — Unintentional Icon
The Iconic extends the scene across the card, so match its number, language and pictured version when comparing listings, and ask about scratches on the foil before settling on a copy.
What do ink drops change for players?
Ink is the resource you spend to play cards, and the new ink drops each add one extra ink before leaving the game when spent. You can use a drop on the turn you create it or save it for later, rather like keeping a one-use coupon for the play you have in mind.
Some cards reward you for spending a drop, including Jousting Match, which deals five damage when you remove an ink drop to play it instead of its usual two. When choosing cards for a deck, look at how you will create the drops as well as how you will spend them so those purchases can work together.
Should you buy packs, a Trove or singles?
Once copies are available, buying the single makes sense when you want a particular character or version, while packs suit an opening session where a mix of cards is part of the fun. Even Cinderella cannot turn a random pack into a shopping list, so let the experience you want guide the product you choose.
| Choice | What you get | When it makes sense |
|---|---|---|
Single card | The card and version you select | You want one particular chase or need a card for a deck |
Booster pack or display box | Randomized cards | You want an opening session and a mix for collecting or playing |
Illumineer’s Trove | 8 booster packs, storage box and 6 damage dice | You want packs plus storage and play accessories |
Prerelease event | An early chance to play; ask your shop about its event package | You want to learn the cards with local players |
