A counter hold takes copies off the available count until staff confirm the card is back on the shelf. Export is lossless CSV and JSON whenever you want a backup.

The ledger is the authority for what the shop still holds. Quantities, storage locations, and recorded costs live here. Staff see costs; public views do not. Shopify comparison from a CSV export is available today. Live channel writes are planned.

A location can hold a hotel code (S2 · B04 · R1 · P14). The shop workspace walks loaded rows in that order. Prose like Counter stays unlabeled. Checkout pick slips from an order are still planned.

Recorded costs stay with staff. Dated catalog estimates are a separate column, never a substitute for your asking price.
