Hearth’s Warming Eve is part of KAYOU’s playable My Little Pony Trading Card Game. Its holiday illustrations include familiar ponies, gifts and short family stories. You can collect those pictures without trying to complete the whole set, but make sure a listing names this TCG release rather than the separate Friendship Eternal collectible line.

Source: PHD Games' product announcement, checked November 5, 2026. Listed MSRPs and approximate per-pack costs are in USD, before shipping or tax; shops set their own prices. Each filled mark represents one booster pack on the same 20-pack scale. The marks are schematic quantities, not product packaging.
Choose the amount of pack opening you want
PHD Games’ product announcement lists three straightforward pack formats and their manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (MSRPs):
| Pack format | Booster packs | Listed MSRP (USD) | Approx. MSRP per pack | Source / checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Collector Box | 5 | $14.99 | About $3.00 | PHD Games / November 5, 2026 |
Collector Box | 10 | $29.99 | About $3.00 | PHD Games / November 5, 2026 |
Display | 20 | $59.80 | About $2.99 | PHD Games / November 5, 2026 |
These are the dollar amounts shown by the cited US sources. The distributor’s published reference prices are not a promise that a shop has stock or will charge that amount. At those prices, each format works out to about $3 per pack before shipping or tax. The larger display does not bring a substantial per-pack MSRP saving, so a smaller box can make sense if you simply want to try the artwork and the experience of opening packs.
For the North American display, KAYOU’s official product page identifies model MLP-KP-NLQH-004B-NA and specifies 20 packs with five cards per pack. That is 100 cards in the display, not 100 different cards. The same page lists 197 card types in the set, so the number of cards in a box should not be mistaken for a complete collection.
A sleeves bundle is a different product
KAYOU’s US store lists a 10 Packs & Sleeves Box at $59.99. Separately, PHD lists a BD02 bundle with ten packs and 70 sleeves. This is distinct from the ordinary ten-pack Collector Box at $29.99 MSRP.
Compare the accessories with what you would actually use. A bundle may be an appealing gift or a convenient way to start protecting cards, but its higher price does not mean it contains twice as many boosters. Check the seller’s complete contents list, the exact package photo and any stated sleeve dimensions before buying accessories for a particular binder or deck.
Read a gift box’s own contents list
The official US store also lists a Premium Bundle at $119.99. Southern Hobby’s Hearth’s Warming Eve Gift Box listing describes five regular packs, one exclusive pack, 70 sleeves and a card album.
Treat those as separately sourced product details rather than assuming every retailer’s “gift box” title describes the same item. Retailer copy can disagree about quantities, and a product’s original announcement date does not establish when a particular shop can ship it. Match the package identifier and ask the seller to confirm the contents if its photograph and description disagree.
An exclusive pack also needs its own identification. A reference to one does not establish which individual cards you will receive, their resale value or whether they belong in the regular booster checklist.
If you want one picture, start with that card
Opening packs is one way to explore a set. It is a different goal from obtaining a particular illustration. If Twilight’s holiday scene is what brought you here, write down its full printed code and keep a reference image before comparing individual-card listings.
That detail matters in Hearth’s Warming Eve: BP04-RR01 and ※BP04-RR01 both identify Twilight Sparkle cards, but the pictured scenes differ. A listing that only says “Twilight” is not enough to confirm the version you want. Check the complete code, language, edition and actual card photographs, then compare the delivered price and condition.
A small story can be a satisfying target too. Rarity’s four Style with Heart cards, BP04-C45 through BP04-C48, form a sequence about Sweetie Belle’s handmade sweaters. Choosing that four-card goal is not a claim that every box will contain it or that the cards are always inexpensive. It gives you a specific collection to look for.
Confirm promos and delivery before checkout
Do not assume a bonus or promotional pack comes with every box bearing the set’s name. On November 5, KAYOU’s US store specifically labeled its 20-pack option “20 Packs Box with 1 PR Card.” That is a useful promise for that seller’s named option, not a guarantee about every Hearth’s Warming Eve display sold elsewhere. Look for an explicit promise attached to the exact product and seller you are buying from. If the promo is central to your decision and the listing is unclear, get confirmation before paying.
