What kind of set is Shadows of the Galaxy?
Shadows of the Galaxy is about crime in the Outer Rim, and many of its cards carry the Underworld trait. Games reward capturing units and collecting bounties more than the straight Rebel-versus-Imperial fights of Spark of Rebellion.
Showcase leaders, the premium collector versions of leader cards, sit on the table through entire Premier seasons of play. Hyperspace versions, whose artwork runs to the card’s edges, sell alongside them, so a listing for “Mando” is incomplete until it names the subtitle and version.
Which Shadows of the Galaxy cards do collectors want?
The Mandalorian — Sworn to the Creed
$0.39TCGplayer market estimate
The Shadows Mando leader. Ashes of the Empire later added The Mandalorian — Devoted Rescuer, a Legendary unit with its own number, #062.
Boba Fett — Daimyo
$0.09TCGplayer market estimate
The Shadows Boba Fett leader, and the Showcase Daimyo is the version collectors look for. Spark of Rebellion has a different Boba, Collecting the Bounty.
Qi’ra — I Alone Survived
$0.14TCGplayer market estimate
The Crimson Dawn leader of the set. Other Qi’ra cards, including Playing Her Part from this same set, are units with their own numbers, so look for this Rare leader.
Cad Bane — He Who Needs No Introduction
$0.05TCGplayer market estimate
The bounty-hunter leader. His ship, Xanadu Blood, is a separate Rare card.
Xanadu Blood — Cad Bane’s Reward
$0.22TCGplayer market estimate
A vehicle card that goes by the ship’s name, Xanadu Blood, even though the art shows Cad Bane’s ship.
Fennec Shand — Loyal Sharpshooter
$0.12TCGplayer market estimate
A playable uncommon that still lands on character want-lists. Homeworlds has another Fennec.
