What this set is
The two sets have separate card lists, even when a listing lumps them together as “Black and White 2025.” Both give their dragon’s Special Illustration Rare the number 166, so look for the letters BLK beside the number, since White Flare cards say WHT.
The top rarity in both sets is the Black White Rare rather than a gold Hyper Rare, and Victini, the only Pokémon printed in both sets, has one in each. Seismitoad, Haxorus and Volcarona have Illustration Rares here, full-art cards of regular Pokémon.

An Illustration Rare, with a scene that fills the card. Match the collector number and rarity symbol; Illustration Rares do not use the textured finish of Special Illustration Rares. A reverse holo of the regular card is a separate printing.
